My name is Chloe Bowens, the CEO, of CE Applying Pressure Enterprise. CEAPE is a family owned business based in Texas that was started with a purpose to serve others. I come from a long history of truckers and entreprenuers so I thought what better way than to implement all that we've learned from our experiences and build from that. It is my mission to deliver service, integrity, and nothing less than professionalism to all staff members, clients, vendors, and customers.
